Unprofessional Communication and Disappointing Service Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent booking. I was assigned a different SweepStar the day before, but she did not communicate at all that she would no longer be coming. I had already reshuffled my schedule to make sure I was available during the cleaning appointment, only to find out after calling her myself that she was not coming anymore.

What made the experience even more unprofessional was that she privately messaged me asking me to book her outside of the platform. This was very uncomfortable and inappropriate.

I expected better communication and professionalism, especially when customers plan their day around these appointments. Very disappointing experience overall.
