Unprofessional Communication and Disappointing Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent booking. I was assigned a different SweepStar the day before, but she did not communicate at all that she would no longer be coming. I had already reshuffled my schedule to make sure I was available during the cleaning appointment, only to find out after calling her myself that she was not coming anymore. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that she privately messaged me asking me to book her outside of the platform. This was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I expected better communication and professionalism, especially when customers plan their day around these appointments. Very disappointing experience overall.

No feedback on withdrawal claim since February – extremely frustrated
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my withdrawal claim. On 25 February 2026, I received an SMS confirming that my withdrawal claim request had been received. Since then, I have not received any meaningful updates on the progress of my claim. I followed up and was later informed that an updated payment instruction was received on 25 March 2026. However, since that date, there has still been no communication, no status updates, and no indication of when payment will be made. I have attempted to follow up via WhatsApp, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful. No one has contacted me directly to explain the delay or advise if anything is outstanding. This lack of communication is unacceptable. As a client, I expect transparency and timely updates, especially regarding something as important as my funds.
