Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, Overcharged, and Poor Communication

I placed an order with Swagperfect on 4 November. The payment went through immediately—and for an amount higher than what was advertised. I received a confirmation email saying my order was received, followed by another email stating that my parcel was on its way.

However, up to today (26 November), I still have not received my order. The tracking number they sent cannot be tracked anywhere. I have emailed them seven times, and every time I am simply told to “be patient” because the parcel is on its way.

It has now been weeks with no product, no proper updates, no working tracking information, and no refund. This is unacceptable.

I would like my money refunded immediately, or the parcel delivered within 7 days.

Very disappointed with the level of service and will not purchase from them again.
