Glorenda Moringa Berberine NAD+10
Ordered GLORENDA Moringa Berberine NAD+ 10-in-1 patches. Paid R1616,75 on 31-12-2025. Received the parcel on 25/02/2026. What was advertised and what I received, two total different products. Be aware guys these people just want your money and then send you a load of ****. I emailed them 4 times already at [email protected] & [email protected] with no reply. ****mers

I also ordered their product it took 94 days to arrive. I still had to pay collection fee at post Office. It didn't work. They said they would give 30% discount. Now i can't get any reply to my emails. What recourse do we have to get a refund??

Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, Overcharged, and NO replies on emails I placed an order with Swagperfect on 5th of November 2025. The payment went through immediately—and for an amount higher than what was advertised. I received a confirmation email saying my order was received, followed by another email stating that my parcel was on its way with a tracking Number. Up to today (21 January 2026), I still have not received my order or now answers from them.

DISGUSTING SWAG PERFECT SERVICE
Ordered over R1000 order 20 days ago no response when they do they say be patient and that I cant get a refund 😑 I didnt even know the order comes from.China 😑 DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY every day it says in transit not even temu take so long disgustingly pathetic

The payment went through immediately—and for an amount higher than what was advertised. I received a confirmation email saying my order was received, followed by another email stating that my parcel was on its way. However, up to today (26 November), I still have not received my order. The tracking number they sent cannot be tracked anywhere. I have emailed them seven times, and every time I am simply told to “be patient” because the parcel is on its way. It has now been weeks with no product, no proper updates, no working tracking information, and no refund. This is unacceptable. I would like my money refunded immediately, or the parcel delivered within 7 days. Very disappointed with the level of service and will not purchase from them again.
