Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, Overcharged, and Poor Communication I placed an order with Swagperfect on 4 November. The payment went through immediately—and for an amount higher than what was advertised. I received a confirmation email saying my order was received, followed by another email stating that my parcel was on its way. However, up to today (26 November), I still have not received my order. The tracking number they sent cannot be tracked anywhere. I have emailed them seven times, and every time I am simply told to “be patient” because the parcel is on its way. It has now been weeks with no product, no proper updates, no working tracking information, and no refund. This is unacceptable. I would like my money refunded immediately, or the parcel delivered within 7 days. Very disappointed with the level of service and will not purchase from them again.

Good day, I have place an order for tekkies on Budget Space website. The web address is https://budgetspacee.co.za/my-account/view-order/4501/, I have place the order on the 13th of May. My order number is 4501. The email address on their site and telephone numbers is not working. There is a whatsapp number, which i used, and only receive one reply.......the person said my tracking number would be send to me. Up untill today nothing. I have send numerous emails to this email adress: [email protected] I received an email from them saying thank you they have received my payment of R990. I have not yet received anything, no response and no product. I have order Airforce 1 Nike trainers for my daughter for her birthday which has passed already. And it feels like i have lost my money. I think this company is a scam so be carefull. I hope that i will be able to still receive my product or my money back. Please help me.
