I’m raising a concern about the professionalism of one of your reps.
When the rep contacts us and we politely ask to take a message so we can return the call at a suitable time, instead of respecting that, he responds with comments like “you’re slow, my guy” and refuses to engage further.
This is unacceptable. As customers, we are not refusing to assist—we are simply not always available at that exact moment. There should be basic respect for that.
Speaking to customers in a dismissive and rude manner reflects very poorly on your company. I expect better communication standards and a more professional approach going forward.
