I’m raising a concern about the professionalism of one of your reps. When the rep contacts us and we politely ask to take a message so we can return the call at a suitable time, instead of respecting that, he responds with comments like “you’re slow, my guy” and refuses to engage further. This is unacceptable. As customers, we are not refusing to assist—we are simply not always available at that exact moment. There should be basic respect for that. Speaking to customers in a dismissive and rude manner reflects very poorly on your company. I expect better communication standards and a more professional approach going forward.
Beware of Matrix Vehicle Tracking – ********* and Misleading! I received a call from Matrix Vehicle Tracking about a tracking system supposedly "out of contract." They claimed it needed to be cancelled from Tracker, but the entire conversation felt manipulative and dishonest. They used personal information – likely sourced from a gap cover company – to create the impression that Tracker was taking advantage of me with ongoing payments. Their sales pitch was aggressive, misleading, and full of half-truths. It became clear that their goal was to undermine Tracker and get me to switch services under false pretenses. This kind of ********* conduct and fear-based marketing is unacceptable. Stay alert – these tactics are shady at best. *****s!
I had a conversation with a guy that kept on and on that I should treat someone with something nice. After half an hour I realized this guy is selling products, I very kindly declined and he said he will do a follow-up call on December of I'd maybe change my mind. The Box Fashion in partnership with Platinum Life share my banking details, and so I was charged R470 for stuff I never received or even agreed to debit for. Platinum Life and The Box Fashion are both closed for the festive season, and I should contact them during their operating times...but they still charged my bank account during the festive season.
