I placed an order with Spitfire Furniture in early November 2025 and paid in full upfront. While I received some of the items the following items are still outstanding months later:
• LIBERATOR Coffee Table (locally manufactured) • Two Tomcat Armchairs (imported)
The Tomcat chairs were sold with a lead time extending to February 2026. February has come and gone with no meaningful update. The coffee table is locally made — there is no justifiable reason for the continued delay.
I have been following up weekly for months. Communication has been extremely poor: • Calls to sales often go unanswered • Messages are not returned within reasonable timeframes • I have been unable to reach the owner • Promised delivery dates are repeatedly missed
Two weeks ago, I was assured that items were ready and delivery was imminent. That commitment was not honoured.
As a customer who paid in full upfront and has been patient for months, I expected far better service. The lack of accountability, transparency, and follow-through is unacceptable.
I would not recommend Spitfire Furniture to anyone
