Outstanding Deliveries – Poor Communication – Months of Delays
I placed an order with Spitfire Furniture in early November 2025 and paid in full upfront. While I received some of the items the following items are still outstanding months later: • LIBERATOR Coffee Table (locally manufactured) • Two Tomcat Armchairs (imported) The Tomcat chairs were sold with a lead time extending to February 2026. February has come and gone with no meaningful update. The coffee table is locally made — there is no justifiable reason for the continued delay. I have been following up weekly for months. Communication has been extremely poor: • Calls to sales often go unanswered • Messages are not returned within reasonable timeframes • I have been unable to reach the owner • Promised delivery dates are repeatedly missed Two weeks ago, I was assured that items were ready and delivery was imminent. That commitment was not honoured. As a customer who paid in full upfront and has been patient for months, I expected far better service. The lack of accountability, transparency, and follow-through is unacceptable. I would not recommend Spitfire Furniture to anyone

Terrable after sales service
Bought a motorbike from the dome Branch. Were promised a temporary number plate so I can take the bike to be roadworthy as per the DEKRA report I will also receive a voucher to do the roadworthy. Had to call and follow up constantly with the salesperson "DAWIE" at the dome branch but Dawie was always in a meeting promising to call me back but to no availe ignored numerous WhatsApp, disgusting client service. From there I called the complaints line, spoke to Ruan a few times who took down all the detail and promised that this issue will be dealt with immediately. It's now been almost 2 weeks, numerous telephone calls to Ruan, and still no temporary plate and or Dekra voucher. The concept is good BUT after the sale is done they will drop you like a hot potato. Will never use them again ...

Excellent service - will defenitely return
Excellent service from Jason at Carbon Black Auto. The first car bought from the dealership - will definitely return. Jason was excellent from the word go with a very good understanding of my requirements. THANK YOU!!
