Review Title: Frustrated and Disappointed with Sony Support We expected better from a company like Sony. After a *****ulent transaction, we tried every possible support channel phone, email, online chat but none of them worked. There was no assistance at all, and we were left without help or guidance. This is unacceptable for a brand of Sony’s reputation. We are requesting a refund, but the lack of support makes this feel like a *****ulent experience. While we respect the company’s legacy and products, the customer service in this case has been deeply disappointing.

My Sony headphones Wh1000xm5 need a battery replacement. Bought it at Incredible Connection. Tried googling, reaching out to Inc Conn and Sony but no real success. This is supposed to be a premium brand in South Africa but has no after sales support. What a disappointment. Beware when you purchase this brand in South Africa in the future.

I play games on a PS4, and I always use discs to avoid issues with digital. The one time i purchase Add-ons for a game from the Playstore I have a major issue, I paid for the product and downloaded and installed it and IT DOES NOT WORK, When you strat the game it simply says NOT INSTALLED, i have tried to contact Sony and Bethesda with no luck, I tried every self help and quide to fix the issue with no luck, I went to Sone Webside to request a refund and they refuse to give refunds. This is ********. How many millions of people go through the same issue, and SONY just gets away with it? They are ******* and common ******* in my opinion. I will never purchase another online or digital product from them again.

Playstation South Africa support is non existent, I have logged a call a day ago. Been on their FB and insta pages and just no response. Its unfortunate that their international support cannot assist because I was at least able to get through to them. Its sad that their brand in south africa, feels like it's being run by the ANC no service.

I have recently bought a pair of Sony Headphones. The headphone has an issue on one of the fixtures on the one side of the headphone. I googled this issue and found that there is a rework on this from SONY. I then e-mailed [email protected] SEVERAL times however no reply. I am now stuck with a new BROKEN set of headphones for more than 3 months.
