Sony headphones has no after sales support in South Africa
My Sony headphones Wh1000xm5 need a battery replacement. Bought it at Incredible Connection. Tried googling, reaching out to Inc Conn and Sony but no real success. This is supposed to be a premium brand in South Africa but has no after sales support. What a disappointment. Beware when you purchase this brand in South Africa in the future.0 replies

Calling call centres using prepaid
MTN, you are a *******. I use your prepaid and I just paid R3.50 per minute holding on for a call centre to answer my call. Obviously they did not pick up, so the 17 minutes costed me about R60 for nothing!!!!! When your CEO is spending his millions, know that I contributed to that for nothing in return!!!!!0 replies
