Review Title: Frustrated and Disappointed with Sony Support We expected better from a company like Sony. After a *****ulent transaction, we tried every possible support channel phone, email, online chat but none of them worked. There was no assistance at all, and we were left without help or guidance. This is unacceptable for a brand of Sony’s reputation. We are requesting a refund, but the lack of support makes this feel like a *****ulent experience. While we respect the company’s legacy and products, the customer service in this case has been deeply disappointing.
