Poor service

I requested for a shoe to be brought to this branch from Brooklyn mall, through Fairlands store of which their manager from that branch was very helpful.

How I wish I could say the same about the Nelson Mandela square branch, firstly they never called me to notify me about the arrival of the shoe, and when I followed up I was told that the person responsible for that will call me when they come which never happened.

Now getting to the store, the lack of assistance from the staff, especially when I was looking for the belt of the same color, you'd swear that the lady didn't want me to get the shoe, she became even worse when I had a problem with my payflex account, not being able to log me in.
