Confused
Am trying to order books. The website says Unisa enterprise but when i sign in it says Snapplify. Please clarify. Are you Unisa enterprise or Snapplify and if i order how long will it take for my books to be delivered.

service and process not good
Dear Snapplify, I have been trying to use open reader and it has not been working for over a day. The agents seem to be auto replying as all their responses are similar with no indication of help. I still do not have access to the ebook I ordered and I am forced to install their app which is unfair in a way.

A Difficult Site To Navigate
The App is very user unfriendly and makes it so hard to place an order. It is easier go directly to bookstores and get what you need from them. I have been registered on this site for about 3 years and it is a very hard to navigate. Schools could possibly include a variety of stockist and not only snapplify. This should be the last resort.

Worst app ever
One of the worst apps I have ever used, constantly crashes, slow and can't even open a pdf 90% of the time. Have no clue how something can be optimised this horribly. It's almost like they had to do this on purpose.

E-Book you can't even Download / App not working
It was the first time purchasing a book from Snapplify (Unisa bookstore), previously I bought from other channels. I struggled the whole day to try get the app on my phone to work (I have a Samsung S20+), later on I downloaded the Microsoft Snapplify app on my pc to try and download the PDF book I paid R540 for just to find out you can ONLY view this book on the App that is not working on my phone even. You can't download it to print, add to a kindle or convert to an audio file to exercise your form of learning. I am very disappointed and will be requesting a refund.

useless snapplify
There should be a "minus" option as they don't deserve even the one star rating :( absolutely SHOCKING experience and we are completely irritated by their email opening line of "thank you for your patience" we no longer have any patience with their unbelievable incompetence and don't think we will ever receive our order.
