I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Sony World SA - SMD Technologies. Karla Hindle, Graham Lebese, SMD Package Warehouse Teams and the Courier Teams for delivering beyond my unrealistic expectations.

I ordered a Sony Smart TV online on March 20th, 2026 in the morning and pleeded with the team to have the product at my house for my birthday March 21st, 2026. Graham had to run around acting as a shock absorber between myself and the warehouse packing teams to making my birthday wish come true - and indeed on Friday March 20th, 2026, 15h00 my TV was delivered to my home address.

Now to me, that is a service "Beyond Excellence"👌👌👌.
