I have been dealing with Smartgadgets for over a week now. I bought a phone which was said to be brand new. It arrived, box open phone scratched, dirty charger, the works. This is after full payment is made. I log a complaint about it, to which they suddenly do not respond as quickly as they did before getting my money.
When they finally did, they said, "ohh sorry we read your order wrong, we thought you bought the second hand"
They then decided they want to rectify this by giving me a new phone since the one ordered isn't even in blady stock. Why they have it on their site still is a ****ing mystery.
They said they will deliver the new phone on the 2nd Jan 2020. The day went and not a peep from then until I contacted them and guess the **** what, another apology. "Sorry we had our dates mixed up, we are open only from the 3rd."
We agreed they would deliver at my house in the morning, I was asked to send my address and not a word from them still. Professionalism is lacking in a major way, keeping my money is definitely corruption because I don't want this piece of **** phone they brought. They can actually **** right off. I WANT MY MONEY!
