Placed an order at 13:00 with McDonalds Sandown via UberEats. It is now 14:00 and still no food. After numerous attempts to contacting the restaurant, since the number they have listed is wrong and "Doesn't exist", this also took time. Finally found one and spoke to the so called very rude manager Zoliswa. Her primary focus is, "waiting for a driver". She is willing to do absolutely fokol about it. What utter **** service
I have been dealing with Smartgadgets for over a week now. I bought a phone which was said to be brand new. It arrived, box open phone scratched, dirty charger, the works. This is after full payment is made. I log a complaint about it, to which they suddenly do not respond as quickly as they did before getting my money. When they finally did, they said, "ohh sorry we read your order wrong, we thought you bought the second hand" They then decided they want to rectify this by giving me a new phone since the one ordered isn't even in blady stock. Why they have it on their site still is a ****ing mystery. They said they will deliver the new phone on the 2nd Jan 2020. The day went and not a peep from then until I contacted them and guess the **** what, another apology. "Sorry we had our dates mixed up, we are open only from the 3rd." We agreed they would deliver at my house in the morning, I was asked to send my address and not a word from them still. Professionalism is lacking in a major way, keeping my money is definitely corruption because I don't want this piece of **** phone they brought. They can actually **** right off. I WANT MY MONEY!
Two days ago I made two airtime purchases and they never went through. Called capitec customer care and they said they will rectify in minutes. Fast forward to the next day, still nothing. So I went to a branch in Observatory and the lady there called capitec head office I presume to ask about this. They said "It can take up to two weeks". TWO WEEKS!!! Today another transaction I did not approve goes off on my card and when I call, they tell me they are going to block my card, THE ENTIRE ********** So in the meantime what do I use, she has no idea. All that she is gonna do is block my card. This is the third time I have tried and failed to reverse money with capitec, the first was earier this year and I was even charged for it, BUT, the money was never reversed. I paid YOU to "attempt" to reverse my money, now you want to leave me with a card that is useless. Where I am, how I need the card doesn't matter. You people are disgustingly abusive with money that you claim to be keeping for us whereas when its time to act, you make is seem like a favour that you are annoyed of giving out.
After finding out who makes deliveries for Game. I was told to contact Dawn Wing who have had me on hold for 4 consecutive calls lasting over 5 minutes. Their automated voice gave me a way to trace my package and it has apparently been in Cape Town since the 2nd December. Now they won't even pick up calls, you just stay on hold listening to the uncle talk absolute rubbish about how many vehicles they have that ensure packages are delivered. Can we get someone on the phone and stop bragging about having vehicles, you are a delivery company, you are SUPPOSED to have them. Busy acting like you're light years ahead of everyone who uses horses to deliver. DELIVER or SEND IT BACK to game so I can get my money back, which ever one your so many vehicles can actually do faster.
I bought a phone online on the 26th and received a message on the 29th saying my package has left their warehouse and on its way to me. I called on Friday 30th November to ask who is the courier so that I could go fetch it myself. The consultant I spoke to said he cant track my package because their systems and faulty and the message of it being on the way is incorrect. Today, I call and it doesn't even ring anymore, it plays that horrible music and you just stay on hold for minutes on end. I want my phone or my money back. Do ATLEAST ONE!!!
