Bad quality Sloom bed base

Do not buy the bed base. It is bad quality and the customer service is even worse. The only way the contact them is by email. I emailed them and they rep****, basically telling me to prove to them what I claim to be wrong with it. No follow up and no call.

Bad quality Sloom bed base

Do not buy the bed base. It is bad quality and the customer service is even worse. The only way the contact them is by email. I emailed them and they rep****, basically telling me to prove to them what I claim to be wrong with it. No follow up and no call.

Won't buy a bed from anywhere else

The best bed! My husband can have his side on hard and I can have my side on soft. Even my physio said men and women need different matress types so this is perfect. And the customer service is top tier. Adri specifically (customer support) is amazing and helped me so seamlessly.

Won't buy a bed from anywhere else

The best bed! My husband can have his side on hard and I can have my side on soft. Even my physio said men and women need different matress types so this is perfect. And the customer service is top tier. Adri specifically (customer support) is amazing and helped me so seamlessly.

Brilliant sleep health investment

I had back surgery, and my wife had our mattress changed to a Sloom mattress, For my recovery. It's fantastic. We're able to chose the desired firmness on each side. So then we get a bedframe delivered yesterday and assembled for us. Even better. We get the full benefits of the Sloom mattress with the Sloom bedframe. My wife loves it.

Brilliant sleep health investment

Exceptional in every single way - from order to delivery

I initially saw an ad on Facebook for a Sloom Mattress, and I was skeptical. I did some digging and found great reviews, so took the plunge and ordered my new sloom mattress. I ordered on Tuesday night at 20:30 and my mattress was delivered today, Thursday before 10:00. I am in an outlying area, so I was fully expecting to wait 5-7 business days to get my bed delivered. My husband has had serious back operations, and we found ourselves buying a new orthopedic coil and pillow top mattress every couple of years. Our old mattress (old is relative - its probably only 3 years old at this point) has started aging prematurely, so it was on our radar to purchase a new one. I simply cannot rate the customer service highly enough. Constant WhatsApp updates, and the fast shipping was astounding. When we unboxed the bed, the instructions were clear and concise and once we had selected our firmness gave the bed some time to "puff up" My husband went to test it out, and for the first time in over a month, he has been able to lie on his back, pain free. We haven't even spent a full night on the mattress yet and I am completely sold. Just the fact that he could lie down pain free was worth every cent. We were so impressed that I immediately ordered the Mattress Topper. The sloom team can teach a lot of companies in South Africa about customer service. The thoughtful welcome pack with clear instructions was an added bonus, especially since one reviewer said they didnt get instructions. I mean it's not rocket science but it helped in selecting the firmness.

Had I known that my lower back and hip flexor pain would have been alleviated by a Sloom mattress, I would have invested in one a long time ago.Best purchase I have made in a long time. Outstanding service and communication from the manufacturer as well.

Had I known that my lower back and hip flexor pain would have been alleviated by a Sloom mattress, I would have invested in one a long time ago.Best purchase I have made in a long time. Outstanding service and communication from the manufacturer as well.

Lovely mattress but hot.

The mattress feels warm and comfortable, and after two months it still seems like a good choice. Sales service was good. It does need rotating every two weeks initially. We initially tried the medium firmness, but since we’re both side sleepers, the soft option works best for us. The two downsides are the mattress for a person who is permanently hot, is warm and so we bought the cooling protector. The cooling mattress protector was replaced after we complained, but it still feels oversized for the bed and certainly has not helped with the heat. I could not recommend this cooling protector, in fact a normal mattress protector will do the job fine.
