I had placed an order for a 3 month supply of the minoxidil 5% foam with DHT blocker, instead of the one without the DHT blocker that I actually intended on buying.

They responded to my email request to change the product supp**** within a day.

When I received the package, there was only one bottle of foam. I let them know, and they again responded swiftly, apologising for the mistake. They explained that it was just a bit of confusion with the courier when they requested them to change the order, as per my request to supply the one without the DHT blocker instead.

They sent me another 2 bottles immediately, free of additional charge and without hassle.

I definitely would, and am going to order again in the future.
