I had placed an order for a 3 month supply of the minoxidil 5% foam with DHT blocker, instead of the one without the DHT blocker that I actually intended on buying. They responded to my email request to change the product supp**** within a day. When I received the package, there was only one bottle of foam. I let them know, and they again responded swiftly, apologising for the mistake. They explained that it was just a bit of confusion with the courier when they requested them to change the order, as per my request to supply the one without the DHT blocker instead. They sent me another 2 bottles immediately, free of additional charge and without hassle. I definitely would, and am going to order again in the future.

When arriving to my follow-up appointment and sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour before she saw me - she was already very clearly in a bad mood. After I had mentioned to her that I had seen a different doctor (an endocrinologist) for a problem unrelated to the one she was treating me for, she was visibly offended by it. (This was meant to be a follow-up appointment regarding my high blood pressure). She insisted I drove home to fetch the medication that this other doctor has prescribed to me, as she wanted to see for herself. I comp**** and fetched it for her, as I lived about 5min away from the clinic we were at. When I got back with the medication, she told me that didn't feel it was necessary that I needed that medication. She also told me that if I want her help, then I need to trust her and "stop being a hypochondriac". We then proceeded to address the actual reason I came to see her that day, which was regarding my blood pressure problem, that I had been keeping tabs on for the past month since I had seen her. She told me that my blood pressure (which was roughly 150/80 resting) at the time did not warrant any medication, and then again told me I was being a hypochondriac. She said that if I "wanted a doctor who will just willy-nilly prescribe me blood pressure medication, then I can leave her office, because she's not going to be the one to do it. The consultation ended with me telling her she was extremely rude and needed to learn to speak to people properly, at which point she told me to leave her office. The following day, I went and saw another physician, who felt I needed to go on an ACE-Inhibitor for my BP. I've been on it ever since and my BP is now in a safe and stable range. I am absolutely sick and tired of this bank and the problems they give me. About a week ago, I app**** for a R1000 personal loan on their banking app. It was approved and the loan was paid out. However, when I received the payout, I had received R7000 (instead of R1000). I immediately called FNB to make them aware of this mistake. The lady I spoke to told me that it's "not a problem. Just transfer R6000 back into the loan account and we will get our accounts department to restructure it for a R1000 amount." This past Tuesday (7 working days after the payout), I had still not received any such feedback that my loan was restructured. I phoned FNB back and was told that it had been restructured on their end, despite me not receiving any feedback. The lady said that she would e-mail me an account statement on which I'd be able to see that the restructuring was done. She sent me a statement... on which it stated absolutely nothing about a restructuring. On my FNB banking app, it still shows that I owe nearly R900 interest on a R1000 loan... (i.e 90% INTEREST RATE??!!). I went into the bank today, sat there in the queue for 30min+ only for my ticket to be called and me to be told "Oh sorry, we can't do anything about your problem as its regarding an existing loan. You will need to go back home and phone our helpline" Now I'm not even going to complain about how ridiculous it is that I cannot go to the bank and resolve an issue with the bank, that was caused by the bank... I'm sure common knowledge would be able to understand why that is ridiculously pathetic... Anyways, went back home. Called the bank. The lady tells me that the reason why I am getting charge almost 90% interest rate (R1900 repayment on a R1000 loan) is because the initiation fee for the loan was based off of the R7000 that was initially paid out and that she was unable to help me. FNB now expect me to pay a R900 "INITIATION FEE" for THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point I am so fed up that I am going to most likely be switching to another bank when all this is done. Absolutely pathetic FNB.
