Good service - shopminoxidil.co.za
I had placed an order for a 3 month supply of the minoxidil 5% foam with DHT blocker, instead of the one without the DHT blocker that I actually intended on buying. They responded to my email request to change the product supp**** within a day. When I received the package, there was only one bottle of foam. I let them know, and they again responded swiftly, apologising for the mistake. They explained that it was just a bit of confusion with the courier when they requested them to change the order, as per my request to supply the one without the DHT blocker instead. They sent me another 2 bottles immediately, free of additional charge and without hassle. I definitely would, and am going to order again in the future.

Driver incompetence
The driver came to deliver my package, he didn't even call me to say he is outside, we just heard someone shouting outside our gate which was disturbing. He then **** that my phone is not going through when I asked him why he did not calling instead of shouting. I called myself to show him that my phone is working. Then he starts to tear open my package claiming that he wants a waybill then I proceed to complain that in all the years of getting parcels no one has ever opened my package. As I'm trying to take it from him he resists and tells me that he is leaving and that I won't get my package. He left and I don't have a product that I paid for, even worse the call center disconnected the first time I called after waiting a long time to speak to a consultant.

PENDING REFUND
I bought the minoxidil foam pack without knowing that a pregnant person shouldn’t be using minoxidil. I then cancelled the order a day later of which they approved and said they’ll cancel and refund only to deliver the items. I then sent them an email asking them to come collect of which they did and apologised for the error on their side, however, I never received my refund. I have been sending countless emails enquiring about it and nothing. They nolonger respond to my emails.

Bad service
I am not happy with that service at all. I placed an order on Saturday and sent an email a few minutes later to cancel the order. I emailed them and did not receive any response via email. I just got a “ we will stop the order and refund you” I sent my banking details to them and still haven’t received any acknowledgment to say that they’ve received my banking details and that they will facilitate a refund. I m still waiting for them to email me back and advise accordingly. Really disappointed in them.

Bad service

Excellent service excellent product affordable
I always receive excellent service from them. The product is always delivered within a few days and it works well and is considerably cheaper than other Minoxidil brands. Would highly recommend.
