Security and more - useless of note
In August 2025 my client bought a Lithium battery (Nenergy) from this company after Mike, the owner, assured my client and me, that the battery is 100% compatible with the current battery the client already bought through another installer. Never did the battery work at all. Now I find out that Hellopeter deleted my previous review on this matter. We are STILL fighting with Security and more to get a proper working battery. This company is also attempting to delay the refund my client asked for by trying to fix the battery and delaying return to the client. He also tries to put the blame on my company for installing the 2nd battery for the client. His low grade battery (directly from Mike's own mouth - just in harsher language) only has 1 year refund warranty as published ON HIS WEBSITE. Lies and deceit is all he knows. I have spent thousands in time and travelling to ensure my client gets what she paid for. The next step is to go full legal as well as social media, etc to show the people out there not to deal with this company.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - SECURITY AND MORE
When one is dealing with a new company online - there is always trepidation as to whether they are legitimate or not. Mike at Security and More was absolutely world class - Everything he committed to he made happen - i placed the order - immediate confirmation -with waybill number etc - communicated the whole way through the process - received the goods exactly when he said we would - my own customer was super impressed all. Most importantly - I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING... at the beginning of the transaction before i placed the order. He gave me the confidence and the assurances i needed to place the order. The order was not a small order to say the least..Well done Mike and Team outstanding

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM THE TEAM AT SECURITY AND MORE - EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WAS BRILLIANTLY SMOOTH - AND THE COMMS WERE OUTSTANDING!!! I placed a substantial order on Mike last Thursday and was pretty nervous as it was the first time of dealing with them. But as soon as i chatted to them i got immediate peace of mind. He made three solid committments on the order including expected delivery date and time and i could have ...''set my watch'' to it. WELL DONE MIKE

Not a good experience
Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a positive review. I came across a rifle scope on their website priced at approximately R25,000 and proceeded through the online ordering process to the point just before payment. Something however struck me as unusual: the listing contained no photograph and almost no product details. It gave instructions to see the item on the Sightron website and provided a code for doing so. Because of this, I decided not to complete the purchase and left the item in my shopping cart. The following day I phoned the company to confirm whether the scope was actually available and in stock. The gentleman I spoke to informed me that the scope was not actually available for sale, but was in fact a second-hand refurbished scope that had been reserved for a customer to collect. At no point on the website listing was this indicated. The item appeared to be a standard retail product available for purchase, with no mention that it was used, refurbished, or unavailable. He strangely acknowledged that they were aware of this "uncollected listing" on the website for some time. This exacerbates the error even more. The gentleman then remarked that it was “fortunate” that I had not made payment, and suggested that the issue should be understood in the context that they have more than 5,000 items in their store. While I appreciate that mistakes can occur, this explanation does not address the concern that a high-value item was incorrectly listed as available for purchase. He then asked whether I would like them to source such a scope elsewhere. I rep**** that, given this experience, I would prefer not to proceed with doing business with the company and at that, I was ready to end the conversation. At this point the tone of the conversation became defensive. I was told that “everyone is human” and that mistakes can happen. I acknowledged this, but reiterated that I simply preferred not to proceed further. The conversation then became unnecessarily confrontational, with the gentleman accusing me of wanting to “pick a fight”, despite my intention merely being to conclude the call politely. I eventually ended the conversation calmly, after which he remarked, somewhat sarcastically, “I hope you can try to have a nice day.” Overall, the inaccurate website listing and the unprofessional handling of a straightforward enquiry left me with little confidence in the reliability of this vendor.

Excelllent support when you need it most!
I made a couple of purchases from Security and More and like the vast majority here, the service was excellent. My last purchase was a bit of a hiccup though. The rifle scope that I bought turned out to be a complete dud as I was unable to zero the scope on the rifle. On closer inspection I could see that the windage dial seemed slightly damaged. Needless to say I was very disappointed but Mike immediately arranged for the return of the scope. I informed him that I would prefer a slightly larger scope as a replacement. I mentioned the small price difference between the two scopes, but Mike said not to worry. As soon as Mike got the returned scope he immediately arranged for the delivery of the new scope and I received it the very next day in good order. Thank you Mike for the great support when needed!

Excelllent support when you need it most!

Great service
By far the best service i've ever received with an online purchase. They are very quick to process orders and get items shipped and even offered me a partial refund for the shipping without me even asking for it because they noticed the shipping price was a little too high on my order. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the items I received.

Great service
By far the best service i've ever received with an online purchase. They are very quick to process orders and get items shipped and even offered me a partial refund for the shipping without me even asking for it because they noticed the shipping price was a little too high on my order. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the items I received.
