Security and more - useless of note

In August 2025 my client bought a Lithium battery (Nenergy) from this company after Mike, the owner, assured my client and me, that the battery is 100% compatible with the current battery the client already bought through another installer. Never did the battery work at all. Now I find out that Hellopeter deleted my previous review on this matter. We are STILL fighting with Security and more to get a proper working battery. This company is also attempting to delay the refund my client asked for by trying to fix the battery and delaying return to the client. He also tries to put the blame on my company for installing the 2nd battery for the client. His low grade battery (directly from Mike's own mouth - just in harsher language) only has 1 year refund warranty as published ON HIS WEBSITE. Lies and deceit is all he knows. I have spent thousands in time and travelling to ensure my client gets what she paid for. The next step is to go full legal as well as social media, etc to show the people out there not to deal with this company.
