When one is dealing with a new company online - there is always trepidation as to whether they are legitimate or not. Mike at Security and More was absolutely world class - Everything he committed to he made happen - i placed the order - immediate confirmation -with waybill number etc - communicated the whole way through the process - received the goods exactly when he said we would - my own customer was super impressed all. Most importantly - I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING... at the beginning of the transaction before i placed the order. He gave me the confidence and the assurances i needed to place the order.
