Network problem

I am writing to formally escalate a serious and ongoing issue with my internet connection. For the past two months, my service has been highly unstable, frequently disconnecting and often unable to remain connected for more than 30 minutes at a time. This persistent disruption is severely affecting my ability to use the service effectively.

Despite reporting this issue on multiple occasions, the problem remains unresolved. I do not understand why a technician has not yet been dispatched to properly assess the root cause of this ongoing failure. This matter is now urgent, as I am approaching my examination period. A stable and reliable internet connection is essential for my studies, and the current performance is unacceptable and disruptive. I kindly request that Screamer Telecom treats this matter with urgency and immediately sends a qualified technician to inspect the line, router, and overall setup. If the router or any other equipment is found to be faulty or insufficient, I request that it be replaced or reconfigured without further delay.
