So my wifi was fix by one of their contractors very nice guy named jaco always helpfull but since friday night wifi started making problens agun today its been off for 5½ hours still off infact and they want you to remain calm but our wifi needs to be on for my grandparents oxygen machine to monitor the stuff

The only technition i wil rate 5 stars at screamers telecoms is Maruis Engelbrecht he got our network problems sorter in 10min that we had a problem for 3 months friendly perfect service like having a personel AI

I am honestly at the point where I don’t know what I’m paying for anymore. I pay Screamer for two separate internet connections, and yet every single day both of them become almost completely unusable. I phoned and also speak on whatsup with one of there technicians and nobody can let me know what the problem is or try to fixed it - sending emails. Also waiting that a manager needs to phone me still nothing. The technician does not even answer me anymore. What’s more frustrating is that this has happened repeatedly. There have been moments where changes were made and everything worked okay during the day and just like that it happen again. It’s the same pattern over and over again. They can not even give me a explanation what the problem may be. Phoned them today and just dropping the phone. I’m not expecting miracles, but I am expecting a stable service that I’m paying for, and a proper fix instead of the same cycle repeating every day.

I pay Screamer for TWO separate internet connections, and yet every single evening both of them become almost completely unusable. During the day things are mostly fine, but like clockwork, from around 17:00 onwards, the connection falls apart. Speeds drop badly, pages take minutes to load, and the latency becomes so unstable that I can’t even rely on it for basic work tasks or meetings. I’ve logged multiple tickets and gone back and forth with support. Each time I’m told everything looks fine from their side, with reports of good speeds at the tower. But that means nothing when the actual experience on my side is terrible. I’ve sent proof, run multiple tests, rebooted everything, and ruled out anything on my end. What’s more frustrating is that this has happened repeatedly. There have been moments where changes were made and everything worked perfectly, but then the exact same issue comes back again the next evening. It’s the same pattern over and over again. The explanation I keep getting is “interference”, but there’s no real resolution. Just temporary fixes that don’t last. I work from home, and this is directly affecting my ability to do my job. The whole reason I have two connections is for reliability, yet both are impacted in exactly the same way, which completely defeats the purpose. At this point, it feels like the issue isn’t being properly resolved, just patched until it breaks again the next day.
