We got issue with gas geyser that was reported on the 24th March, their contractor came and only changed battery box, we paid access, the issues persisted, we reported again a week later and he came back on the 7th April and did nothing, we've been awaiting for a feedback from insurance and ive been calling 3 days consecutively with no assistance other than them telling me they will call me back but they never do.
Yesterday the consultant said there's report from their contractor that was forwarded yo the manager and she will forward the email and that insurance wont cover for whatever the reason and we still haven't received anything other than the frustration to bag a business regarding the outcome
