Shocking service !!!!!

The Service is terrible , i placed an order online that showed in stock ,however i only received a partial shipment of this order . However after almost three weeks of waiting i followed up only to find out the order was not really placed yet they "held" the money from my account.

I have yet to receive feedback on what's going on this. this is terrible and shocking service that customers must follow up.
