Reneging On Their Promise

I had Roboguard beams installed at my house in November 2017 and was assured by their consultant that the system would be able to connect to my existing alarm and that it was pet friendly. None of which is true. My armed response refuses to touch the the Roboguard system, and birds continue to trigger the beams. I then approached Roboguard for assistance, but despite numerous phone calls and mails, I still don't have a response.

Terrible service! I would advise anyone who is looking for any security beams to steer well clear of Roboguard.
