Roboguard
I bought a complete system with 2 beams , linked to my phone etc. Works well untill i bought a 3rd beam. Cant get an installer to do it. They have no one available other than the original guy who did mine. After having some problems he ignored our calls. Came out once and then made a duck. I dont want to use him because he is dishonest. Turns out i have to pay a yearly fee, which i was not told about. No contract , nothing. Just pay. If you dont pay your system gets turned off. ***. For R 18000 i could do a lot better. DO NOT BUY ROBOGUARD. I will be looking for something new

Roboguard Support Durban and Stafix Pinetown/Durban
I had bought 3 detectors and a mobile HQ under assumption I could hook up to current alarm and armed response. However I had to also buy the alarm interface from Stafix. Johnathan at Stafix was incredibility helpful however the instructions were very vague. This is where Alan from Roboguard Durban came into help me, he was brilliant, saved me at least 2k. I would like to thank Johnathan from Stafix & Alan from Roboguard Durban for the last mile support. Don't bother with the after-hours cell number on the site. The product is brilliant for my purposes and wireless

Happy with my Roboguards
Excellent product... False alarms are either rabbits when beam shines uphill or ants or wind or damp. Better to be forewarned ed as then you forearmed. Yes they sensitive but thats what assures reliability. A local security shop is always willing to check or service them. I have 5. Very happy..

Don’t touch this product or manufacturer
Absolutely no support, reply or assistance with their product that just consistently gives false alarms. I am eventually had to remove this product because it’s pathetic and the manufacturer doesn’t are a stitch!!!

Absolutely no support, reply or assistance with their product that just consistently gives false alarms. I am eventually had to remove this product because it’s pathetic and the manufacturer doesn’t are a stitch!!!

Terrible Service!
Do not support this company. The product that is advertised is not what you get. There is a constant false alarm issue and doesnt matter how you configure the units you are going to have false alarm. Darren does not get back to you and ignores calls. I had to phone him from an alternative number to get another no response from him. Terrible service and terrible product

Reneging On Their Promise
I had Roboguard beams installed at my house in November 2017 and was assured by their consultant that the system would be able to connect to my existing alarm and that it was pet friendly. None of which is true. My armed response refuses to touch the the Roboguard system, and birds continue to trigger the beams. I then approached Roboguard for assistance, but despite numerous phone calls and mails, I still don't have a response. Terrible service! I would advise anyone who is looking for any security beams to steer well clear of Roboguard.
