I''ve been a client of FNB for 27 years, but the last year has seen a major decline in customer service. Higher fees, coupled with less benefits, and terrible service means you're better off investing your money elsewhere.
I had Roboguard beams installed at my house in November 2017 and was assured by their consultant that the system would be able to connect to my existing alarm and that it was pet friendly. None of which is true. My armed response refuses to touch the the Roboguard system, and birds continue to trigger the beams. I then approached Roboguard for assistance, but despite numerous phone calls and mails, I still don't have a response. Terrible service! I would advise anyone who is looking for any security beams to steer well clear of Roboguard.
Submitted a claim to Discovery Insure two weeks ago. The initial progress was slow, with the consultant seemingly not at all interested. The claim was then handed over to another consultant, Kevin Du Plessis. Kevin proved to be extremely efficient, kept me up to date with regards to the progress of of the claim, and was a pleasure to deal with. The claim was paid within three days of Kevin taking over. Great service. Thank you.
<p>Hi, I placed an online order last Friday (16th September 2016). I selected a store close to my address (Dube, Soweto), as determined by your website. I then received an email and message confirming my order. An hour later, I had still received the delivery. So I phoned the phoned the store, only to be told that they do not deliver in my area. This after following instructions on your website, after receiving two confirmations, after waiting an hour! The manager whom I spoke to never offered any alternatives, never asked to transfer my order to another branch, never apologised, never explained why he accepted the order in the first place, simply said it was not his problem. Absolutely pathetic service, I will never buy from Debonairs again!</p>
