Great products and fast delivery
I’ve ordered from retail box a few times over the last few months - their website is easy to use, they do some great specials and they have delivered within 2-3 days via RAM couriers every time.

Great products and fast delivery

Dissapointed customer
Good customer service. Please stop making use of Skynet worldwide courier services, as I have not received my package I ordered on 27th Nov 2025. I have been calling them, and no package has been delivered. Im really disappointed.

Impressive delivery, service and after-sales support
I am extremely impressed with the service I received! I placed my order on Monday, 10th November, late afternoon, and it was shipped the same evening. It was delivered quickly on Wednesday, 12th November. I did encounter a small issue with one product regarding the expiry date and emailed the team late at night on 12th November. By Thursday morning at 9:00, I received a prompt and understanding response. They offered a full refund or a replacement. Since I still needed the product for a newborn, I opted for the replacement. The team handled everything exceptionally well. They understood the importance of expiry dates for children’s supplements and even contacted the supplier to get more information before confirming my replacement. Within minutes of my reply, I received the replacement order confirmation and a message that tracking details would follow shortly. Their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. The products arrived in excellent condition. Delivery via RAM was also fast and the courier was very friendly. I am extremely happy with the service, after-sales support and overall experience. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Products out of stock
Usually great service, but twice it has happened that I order products then wait more than a week only to find out that the products are out of stock. Disappointing. And then it takes a while before you get your money back. Won't be ordering from them again. No guarantee you will get what you ordered.

POOR SERVICES & DELIVERY
Place my order 28th Feb and still have not received my order. 11/03/2025. emailed 3 times phoned, never available. Eventually spoke to a lady yesterday she would have sorted the order before the end of the day and yet no parcel or feedback again.

Less interested in my problem ( The manager)
I had a very terrible experience at Ackermans Dennilton at Moutse Mall. I misplaced my slip due to the festive hecticness. The manager from the store I found him at the door as I entered and tried to explain to him, He looked less interested In my dilemma and immediately send me back to go look for my slip before he can help me exchange anything from the shop… can you please assist 0724280745

Damaged goods
I am very disappointed with my delivery of my Indola silver shampoo. It took two weeks to get delivered to me and once I received my order and on opening my parcel the shampoo had leaked and lots of the product had gone to waste.
