On 8 December I ordered a Hisense side by side fridge 474L on Game's online platform. The online store showed two units in stock. The money was debited from my account and a few minutes later I received an email stating that the product was out of stock. I went on the online platform again and one unit was left after I received the email. This morning 9 December I phoned my nearest Game store and they confirmed that there is two units left. I have to wait 3-5 days to be refunded before I can try and purchase this product again. I have emailed several times with no luck and when I phoned customer service I was told if there is no stock they can't do anything about it. I feel like this is absolutely unacceptable if the online store and my nearest branched confirmed availability how can I be told that there is no stock. My money is out of my account and nobody in the customer service department wants to assist me.
I am very disappointed with my delivery of my Indola silver shampoo. It took two weeks to get delivered to me and once I received my order and on opening my parcel the shampoo had leaked and lots of the product had gone to waste.
