Less interested in my problem ( The manager)

I had a very terrible experience at Ackermans Dennilton at Moutse Mall. I misplaced my slip due to the festive hecticness. The manager from the store I found him at the door as I entered and tried to explain to him, He looked less interested In my dilemma and immediately send me back to go look for my slip before he can help me exchange anything from the shop… can you please assist 0724280745
