Unfair and unjustified refusal to refund my deposit
Very disappointed with how RE/MAX handled my deposit after I vacated the property.
Unfair and unjustified deductions were made for items that were either pre-existing or not caused by me. Despite raising these concerns, there was little transparency or willingness to resolve the matter fairly.
Due to the way this was handled, I have now referred the matter to the Rental Housing Tribunal.
I would not recommend their services based on this experience.
