Not receiving official grad letters with dates and times - despite numerous attempts of enquiring

We are not receiving our grad letters with dates and times.

When emailing you get a generic email, mind you grad is in a month's time. When calling they transfer to Grad Support -that never answers. We need to put in leave, therefore one needs to know their date and slot.

This has rather been a frustrating process.
