Good day, It has been over three weeks of ongoing back-and-forth with the medical aid in an attempt to secure authorisation for an appliance. During my initial call, I was advised to submit a motivational letter and a quotation, and I was informed that I have approximately R20K available annually for appliances. The first quotation I submitted was around R1,600, but I was told the medical aid would only cover about R900. I then indicated that I was not willing to pay the difference and was asked to obtain a more affordable quote. I proceeded to submit a second quotation for just under R600, which was approved via email. However, when I went to Dis-Chem, I was informed that Medshield had not issued the authorisation on their system and that I needed to follow up. Upon contacting Medshield, I was told that the pharmacy had processed the claim before authorisation was granted, and that a reversal needed to be completed, which would take 3–5 days. Yesterday, I received another email confirming that the machine had been approved. I returned to Dis-Chem, only to be told once again that authorisation was still not in place. I am extremely frustrated with this prolonged process, as it has now been three weeks of trying to resolve the matter. We are not receiving our grad letters with dates and times. When emailing you get a generic email, mind you grad is in a month's time. When calling they transfer to Grad Support -that never answers. We need to put in leave, therefore one needs to know their date and slot. This has rather been a frustrating process. Student No.:12559332
My network has been down for a few hours and not getting any help. I tried to call and agents were and would be called back- that did not happen. No response on Facebook, X and email platforms. I got a “Hi” on Facebook and nothing thereafter. The lights on the router are green, however there’s no connection and have restarted it multiple times already. Please assist.
The app is not user freindly- never have any stock and the app does not allow 2nd options. In the case that they let you know that an item is not available then the app will not allow you to substitute. The app offers minimal products. The app is horrible.
No one is assisting me to be able to reverse a EWallet. I keep being given the 0875759405 no. That does not give an option to speak to a consultant
I ordered food on the 9.10.2022 from itshomi, Sanridge. My order was cancelled, but I did not get a reversal on the charge. I wrote on Uber Supper was told that I was not charged of which is a lie because they process a payment when an order is simultaneously being accepted. I did not get a reversal, instead I got charged again as I proceeded to order at another restaurant.
Today -15.1.2022 I had booked to get a jab at Clicks-Blue Hills only to get there to be told that vaccinations aren’t done in weekends. My thing is, why do they allow bookings on the system if vaccinations aren't being done?? I wasted time and money to get there, only to get there and vaccinations aren’t being done?! Please do better! I am very upset to say the least.
