Pathetic Service - Dont invest your money here
I have asked them to move my RA funds to Easy Equities. They sold my RA a month ago at the worst time, and now I'm sitting on cash. This is my RA!! It should not have been in cash, and they should have only sold when I could have had a decent chance to reinvest. I have called the call center 5 times, but no one has been able to assist. Team leads or managers non existant.

20 Apr 2026, 14:38Looking at your other reviews, this is a standard response, and you have so many 1-star complaints with the same issue; I would start looking at your service and taking these more seriously. My problem seems to be no different from the other complaints. I have gone to the financial ombudsman too. I am not going to be at your mercy and just lose my money - I want to be compensated for my losses too.
