I have asked them to move my RA funds to Easy Equities. They sold my RA a month ago at the worst time, and now I'm sitting on cash. This is my RA!! It should not have been in cash, and they should have only sold when I could have had a decent chance to reinvest. I have called the call center 5 times, but no one has been able to assist. Team leads or managers non existant.
I am fuming and waited before writing this review but it seems my last resort dealing with this *********** school. My daughter is starting with her grade 11 year and since school started on the 17th I cannot log on. Support is non-existent, I paid so much for live classes. As a parent I have failed her using this useless school
I bought an iphone using the vitality scheme. Ypu basically have to spend money wisely, exercise regularly and drive well using discovery insure. I have control over both the exercise and money but this vitality drive is terrible. Here are my problems please make sure you understand the following before you sign up for this: 1.) If you are a passenger in your own vehicle, in my instance my wife sometimes drive I get penalised for bad driving even if I mark myself on the app as passenger. 2.) If someone borrows my car I get uncovered trips because my phone is not in the car and lose all my points. 3.) The system randomly logs uncovered trips and deducts 3 points even if my phone is with me. Random. Out of my control. Gatvol. 4.) if I use my cellphone even if I pull over I get penalised for phone use. I use my phone for navigation as many other people do but now I cannot do this any longer. 5.) The kids takr my phone during a trip to play music or my wif answers my calls for me. Again. Points deducted for phone usage. With the iphone benefit if you miss your goal you pay for it. Discovery you ar missing the point with Vitality Drive!!!! If i speed or harsh brake or drive bad sure then deduct points but the rest is impractical and unfair. I have complained and sent emails but no one can assist. Please think twice before signing up for this benefit as this is a scheme to make you pay for your own phone in the end….and it will end up costing you way more because they charge you interest on the loan which is another storey all together!!
I have tried to resolve an issue with Cool Ideas Hosting over the past 2.5 months but after various phone calls and many emails, the matter cannot be resolved. They are now progressing to seek legal advice to force me to pay what I owe to them. I cancelled my service with Web Africa in February, giving my one calendar month notice as per my contractual agreement, effectively releasing my line on 31 March 2021. To not have a delay in connectivity, I subscribed to Cool Ideas Fibre with the understanding that, as soon as my line is active I will be billed. During my first call with Cool Ideas, they assured me that the line could only become active once Web Africa release the line at the end of my contract. I was happy with the fact that I would have a continuation in service and that I could only be billed for line and usage once the line is active. Doing some research I found that it was common in the market that a line can only be activated (made active) once the line is released from one Hosting Provider to another, in this case, from Web Africa to Cool Ideas. Instead, cool ideas started billing me one week later in February while still a Web Africa customer. I indicated to Cool deas that it is impossible to have 2 lines connected on the same junction box at my home (I only have 1) and I would keep using Web Africa line/service legally until the line is released on 31 March 2021 after I served my notice period. Cool Ideas however kept billing me without using any of their data or line, completely ignoring all my pleads and requests to halt billing until such a time that the line is released by Web Africa and activated on their side. Cool Ideas completely ignored many phone calls and emails and just pursued to bill me. I even downloaded all my Web Africa usage logs to prove to them that my line is active with Web Africa and it is physically not possible to use the Cool Ideas network. Ypu cannot rely on Cool Ideas to resolve the matter at hand as it seems like they are either incapable or unwilling to. It seems like an easier option to just keep billing me. I am now in arrears with the amount of R2800 and have not used 1 MB of data from them. Stay Away.
Just stay far away wish I had never moved to them. No client support !!!!!!
Potential Fraud. I never received my goods that I paid for, emails from [email protected] not being answered and the business address is a warehouse up for sale.
I bought a Garmin Fr60 5 years ago. Still excellent condition been using it for running. The strap is broken. I want to replace it but I cannot because it is "old". Now I can throw away the perfect working order watch because of a broken strap?? I phone the Garmin Service Centre - guess what, the phone at ********** but once I select to talk to the operator the phone just goes to music - waited 12 minutes to no avail and gave it up. Please advise, I need a watch replacement ASAP and my next option will NOT be Garmin. Riaan
