I have asked them to move my RA funds to Easy Equities. They sold my RA a month ago at the worst time, and now I'm sitting on cash. This is my RA!! It should not have been in cash, and they should have only sold when I could have had a decent chance to reinvest. I have called the call center 5 times, but no one has been able to assist. Team leads or managers non existant.

dates I had started making comunication with your company regarding my claim until advised by one of your consultants to contact an advisor from PSG for them to advise accordingly where I jad been mislead. I was told by a team leader at discovery that psg claimed they never had any comunocation with me yet when i called to request a call recording i was told by Jessica that she is gonna pull out the call, listen to it and request permision to release. I then called 2days later to follow up and spoke to clayton who said Jessica left notes on tje system aftet listening to the call and was going to follow up with her in regards to permison on releasing the call which was the week of easter weekend. I resigned end of February and we are now in April and still no resolution. Psg is currenty giving me a run around regarding the call recording. I have made communication several times and was promised feedback from Jessica and Clayton with no avail. I also spoke to a female on their switch board who said all advisores were out on lunch, took my details and promised to get back to me. Till this day nothing has been done. Instead my calls are transfered to an extention which is unavailabe. Im honestly disapointed and im hoping this matter can be resloved and people held accountable for their actions cause this is beyond unfair. I liteeally budgeted on money that i thought i was gonna recieve for medical reasons ect only to be treated in this manner. I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible. I have also recieved a complaint from NFO regarding this matter.

I am not a client and like to report them Unauthorised debit orders First Contact them 21st of Feb for reversal...as I not there CLIENT 18March same scenario reversed it again This money again got a message of payment due They did not updated their system They use every time different reference numbers

Na aanleiding van PSG se antwoord 16 Maart 2026 het die 2 besigheidsdae verstrek en geen terugvoering ontvang. Hier is n opsomming van gebeure met PSG as eksekuteur met die nodige bewyse: Oorspronklike testament laat wegraak, Dokumentasie verkeerdelik ingehandig te Meesters kantoor Blm en eiendom gelee te Kbly, die regstelling van nodige dokumentasie is n paar maande daarna na korrespondent van PSG te kbly ingehandig, Na vele maande se sloer en emails word daar besef dat die eiendom se erf grootte verkeerd is. Ten tye van inhandiging by Akte kantoor word dit verwerp agv verkeerdelike datums. Eksekuteur by PSG het afgesterwe in 2025 en sy is nooit vervang met n nuwe eksekuteur en sodoende moes die Meester weer genader word om weer iemand aan te stel. PSG per email verwittig my dat ek R160 000 aan hul moet ootbetaal so bykans 16,5% is van die koopsom van die eiendom. Die maksimum van 3.5% wat deur die wet voorgeskryf word van toepassing. Die geld aan my verskuldig het ek persoonlik aan die elektrisient betaal om alle foute te herstel wat ek ook namens die boedel betaal het sodat elektrisiteitsertifikaat uitgereik kan word. Geen uitstaande gelde wat verskuldig is aan my, is nog nie aan my terugbetaal met rente.

PSG Wealth Bloemfontein moet asb leer wat is klientediens. Ek het nog nooit in my hele lewe sulke traagheid gesien waar dit kom by klientediens. Weet hul wat is "sense of urgency. Indien hul weet daar moet fondse oorbetaal word vir n klient maar na n maand se wag moet jy hoor "Ons moet nog onderhandel oor die fondse. Ek hoop ek kry my geld terug met rente agv die traagheid. Pateties!!!

Anyone that has mercy to understand a pothole claim and driving with a sparewheel will look into. Because my daughters broker wont update me nor my daughter unless if we ask. But i think this is sad to wait for a claim thats not even 2000 to be paid to get a tyre and be ignored. I send Johan msg at 8 and since then he went AWOL. Is this what customer service has boiled down to

If you're seeking frustration over peace of mind, endless withdrawal hassles instead of seamless processing, and zero communication from a financial administrator, PSG Wealth delivers that disservice in spades. If I could I would rate minus zero stars,been waiting 12 weeks for a payout and there is no escalations process but the word escalation being thrown around carelessly. I cannot wait to withdraw all my money from this company and find a reputable company to help me invest into my retirement.
