I had a challenge with obtaining a settlement letter for my credit card with card division, after I had reached out to Stefan Masser who assisted me with my settlement letter and card closure quicker than I expected. I applied for a loan on the 13th of April and I haven't received the funds. My pay day came on the 20th but I was debited I sent an email, no reply and I've wasted so much airtime with no answer. I want the debit order reversed and the airtime I've wasted calling with no answer. It's as if I was scammed I want my money back
<p>November 2015 I settled my account at Vodacom wonderpark so recently I was checking my ITC record in 2 different reports it appears as active. so called the call center on Friday the 20/01/2017 I called the prepaid department I was told it has to do with a contract so agent transferred me to the contract department, the contract department said no they can’t help and again I got transferred to the prepaid which I ended up losing it and hung the phone up.</p> <p> </p> <p>23/01/2017 I called again this time the prepaid department said I have to speak with the contract department I was transferred to the contract department and the lady I spoke too said no contract department can’t help I have to speak with account, accounts department said I have to speak to contracts as she cannot see anything from that side again I was transferred to the contract department and again the contract department said no this account is with the legal so he said hold for the legal department and I said put me to the complaints department as I was tired for being transferred from agent to agent to agent without being helped nor trying to figure out what seems to be the problem. Now instead of being transferred to the legal department I got connected to a voice machine</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom please I beg now this contract phone ********** was settled in 2015 already. Am trying for a home loan now and for the fact that it still reflects as active is affect my credit record please rectify this , send me conformation that its resolved and also create workshops for your employees on good customer services and teach them how to direct call to the correct department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out if you still care</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** </p>
<p>30/08/2016 I bought a Hisense flat screen TV 32inch at Wonderpark shopping center</p> <p> I was told that I should take extended warranty this would help cover for ALL damages by their sales person which I saw good and took it as I was told that for the next 5 years my TV would be covered for all damages.</p> <p> now my TV the screen is cracked 22/09/2016 I called the customer services line and i was told they can’t help I should call the branch I bought from as they don’t cover physical damages, when I called the branch I was told that am not covered and they going to charge me for repairs if I take it to them but when I was at the shop to buy the TV I was told that I should take the cover and my TV is going to be covered for all damages. Talk about selling in the wrong way and false representation</p> <p> now I have to pay for something which I was told take out the cover and you’ll have a peace of mind and just keep your receipt for any claims you going to make for the next 5 years</p> <p>I still have the receipt even today</p> <p> </p> <p>Sipho Baloyi was the sales person as per my receipt</p>
<p>I had bought a second has Chevrolet utility so I replace the battery from the started asking for a radio code, The dealer I bought the bakkie said they don’t know the code and didn’t even go the extra mile to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Spoke to the GM McCarthy Silverton branch, they couldn’t help but they went an extra mile to help get this sorted out, I was kept updated all the time. Such Good customer service shouldn’t get unnoticed. <p> I bought a car over 2 months ago at the edenvale branch i was assisted by Zain and the manager called Justin, Zain told me that i can later collect my spare keys so its later and when i asked Justin he said he will go check but everytime i send him texts he does not even bother to reply my messages.</p> <p>today on 23/05/2016 i requested him to help me with a radio code and yet again he didnt even bother to reply my texts.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wouldnt recommend anyone to go to the edenvale branch.. very poor poor poor </p>
