On 9 April I ordered the Akai APC64 from SoundSelect and was given a lead time of 3–5 working days. On 14 April I emailed Paulina, who said it takes 3–5 working days from JHB to CPT. Since the order was placed on Thursday 9 April, I expected delivery around 14 or 15 April.On 16 April Paulina emailed to say I could collect on the morning of the 17th. I drove through to the Woodstock branch in pouring rain, only to find the item had not arrived. As she told me I could collect and the item wasn’t available, I asked Paulina to keep me updated and to ensure my item is delivered, since I’d already made the trip. I keep getting messages to pay duties for products bought on TIMU, I paid the duties sent them proof of payment, worst of all one cannot email the department to sent proof of payment,
I've been a customer for almost 2 years now, i had noticed that my account was debited with an increased amount of R196, called to find out why and was inform that i had been sent a policy update, so i checked my email and found the notification, but no documents indicating the amended policy details, we are instructed to get all amended policy info from the website or cellphone app, which i i think BS, if you are increasing my policy you need to email me an updated policy, so i can see first hand weather it is viable or okay for you to increase my policy. Last week Wednesday i logged a claim 3151237 received an SMS saying my claim will be handled by Dominic Madlala, today Tuesday 31st I follow up, only to be told claims only get logged 7 days after. For you take my money and increase my policy without the correct notification is BS, i'll find someone else who wants my money and give me the service i need.
On Friday 18th Nov i done a cash send to a friend. On Sunday i was informed that he did not receive the funds, his statement indicated that the money had been withdrawn already. I logged a call on Monday 20th, gor a ref: and was told that they would have to balance the ATM, since then i have not been contacted. I need to know what is happening please

I would like say thank you to Moloko Mathabathe, for logging my query and getting me help last week.
I logged a case with the call center agent on the 4th July at 20:00pm I was assisted by Sebenzile Mbatha case 58370508, i was supposed to get my money reversed back into my account within 2 days. Followed up again today 7th July @ 9:42am I was informed that Sebenzile had not informed or cued off the the case to the relevant department to assist with the reversal. Clearly not putting the customers needs first, a total waste of my time, please take action a against these incompetent call center agents.
Can someone please contact me regarding the incomplete work, you guys left a huge hole in my shower, it's been a week now since the claim has been logged, There was water damage to my cupboard, the plumber came and replaced the geyser and mixer, but never closed the wall and replaced the tiles. On top of all this i had to fork out money because the plumber did not get all the parts to carry out the work.
The ****iest service ever, no calls or emails from the collections department to say that there are duties outstanding how and where to pay it, they have my number and email on record yet the excuse is that my phone was off, I tried calling the contact center and you wait for 20 minutes, after getting through, the agents puts me through to collections department the freeken call is dropped, damn useless, FM, no wonder companies like this just leave this country because the people doing this work are brainless.
Hi Bought a Karcher Vaccum on the 8th of March, on the 9th March, we received the box, upon opening the box and putting the vaccum together we discovered the there were items missing the pipe leading into vuccum and another part, parts missing was 13/*14, this will be the second time I'm logging this query as i received a automated response last week, still none has contacted me to collect this product.
