I have three accounts with FNB and two of them business and personal. One of my business was on hold for two weeks now and I cant access funds. I went to Lambton, Alberton, Karaglen and lastly my main branch Greenstone with no help. I'm looking for another home tired of this abuse.
Wanted to rent a vehicle I was told about Downpayment in order for them to prepare the vehicle after inspecting the vehicle, I was not happy with the condition the bumper was sprayed and fender cover missing the alignment on lights not straight which means this car was in an accident. I then decided not to continue with the rental. Then I was told I cant get my money back since the was repairs done on the vehicle. it means I was repairing the car for them with my money. Offices always locked sales people hide themselves be warned of these thugs and fraudsters.
I've ordered relocation of lines around 15th August 2020. To my new address even now I'm still waiting in these difficult times you will expect big companies like Telkom to understand the the challenges faced by the country. I have 10 people working for me, for past two weeks their doing nothing let alone ependemic set back. The call center from telkom useless people.
Last month I accidentally paid multi choice more instead of R1100, I paid R11000. Its been a struggle to get my refund back. I'm very disappointed my option is to move Netflix after my refund is sorted. Premium client gone. Thanks
