This company misrepresented itself as being the courier, whereas the work for pick up and drop off was actually done by third parties. None of the companies took accountability for the mess of a relocation from Durban to Cale Town. Looking at other similar reviews for this company, I highly doubt that Pro Active Trucking actually does ANY of their own moves. You never know who’s actually going to take custody of your property (at collection, in transit, or delivery). BE WARNED
POOR POOR SERVICE! If I hadn't received a voucher from them this week, I wouldn't have placed an order (and for good reason). Don't waste your time downloading this app and using this service. Your order will take forever to get processed, shoppers don't offer alternatives, and your order either arrives in bits and pieces (if ordered from multiple shops), or not at all. Their service center is never available to deal with issues, which frustrates the whole experience even more. STAY AWAY!
Funny how you can get through to Mix Telematics sales team for a new device/contract, but when you have an issue or want to cancel, you need to pull a few teeth out! I had an issue with this company a couple of months ago, nothing was resolved then. I want to cancel my contract now, and I all of a sudden can't get a hold of anyone. Samantha Jensen, I don't blame you for not being able to respond to emails and calls. I'm sure you're quite busy with all the cancellations that look like are keeping you busy. When you get a chance, please could you return my emails and calls? I would really appreciate it. If anyone else from Mix Telematics could please contact me regarding my cancellation, I would really appreciate it. I did message [email protected], [email protected] AND [email protected] (and naturally, NO RESPONSE). I sincerely hope I get a response sometime soon.
I've wasted the last week + trying to reactivate my account, and thereafter try use Mobicred to pay for an order on Takealot to NO AVAIL! Your email channel - slow, unresponsive. WhatsApp channel - inconsistent, takes forever to respond, or closes the chat without responding Call center - friendly staff, but never follow through with requests. All I've needed in the last few days is to receive an OTP to make payment - NOTHING. Request to have OTPs sent via email instead - STILL WAITING the agent to get back to me. This is shocking, Mobicred! After seeing other reviews on this platform, it's clear to me that you guys are running a dog show there!

Luckily I got a hold of someone at Mixtelematics, who referred me to Samantha Jansen (with her email address). A week later, still no response. I'm no longer going to waste my time (and especially my money) with this company!

Bonolo Magagula is the most professional, empathetic, and most helpful insurance representative that I have ever dealt with! In light of what's going on, he took my concerns and made a plan for me to ensure that I was covered, while giving me the best deal on the market! ABSOLUTE GEM! GIVE THAT MAN A BELLS (and a raise)!
This app/"service" is going to very quickly lose customers due to incompetence! How does: 1) a restaurant not give the driver the complete meal; 2) the driver not check on his app and on the slip he is provided that he has the complete meal; 3) after being made aware that there is food missing, and after speaking to someone at the Orderin call center, does the driver a) mark the item he went to get as "delivered", without b) not ACTUALLY delivering the item?! 4) it take 2 HOURS for my complete order to get to me? 5) the owner of the restaurant deliver my missing item COLD 6) Orderin's chat bot/person think that after 3 HOURS of no responses (basically me talking to myself), that a poor unsympathetic canned response and an off for 2 free deliveries for my next 2 orders is sufficient for the grossly unacceptable customer experience that my wife and I had to go through as a result of BOTH the restaurant and Orderin's incompetence! I do not believe that this was resolved in a satisfactory manner, at all. In the time it took to finally have a complete order, we could have just done it ourselves in less than half the time. Without paying, and without the headache! It has been almost 72 hours since my order, and no one from Orderin or the restaurant has called to follow up on us. Clearly happy just to "tick the boxes" (which they can't even do right). I anticipate a response from Orderin and the restaurant with regards to the above. Should there be none in the next 48 hours, I will escalate this further.
