My mother bought a fridge online, the first time it was refunded without without any valid reason and now the second time she submitted the order with incorrect contact numbers and she called and requested that she doesn't want a refund because she needs the fridge. Now its been a week and theres nothing happening no refund and no fridge just *********** warehouse staff that keeps making empty promises. Makro should close down their online ordering platform its useless and not customer friendly at all.
I've now reached my peak of irritation, I want to change the bank because this is now too much. I've been battling with unauthorized debit orders and when I called the consultant that assisted me said I won't be charged a debit order dispute fee because it was the first I had them reverse it. When I logged into my app to track the progress of the account closure I find a debit of R50 for the very same thing that I was told wouldn't be charged. Then they call during working hours and send an email that the case is closed. I think this will be best sorted through the Ombudsman
In the month of March I was debited twice and both debit orders were unauthorized. I went to the branch and was advised to open a second account so that this account will be closed. This month while I was waiting for all my debits to through to ensure they had updated my account details two unauthorized debits went through again and the second one doesn't want to reverse which seems to be a debi check that I didn't authorize. I dont care about the rules that govern debi checks for the fact that I didnt authorize it I want my money reversed and the account closed.
It happened on the 25th and now again today another unauthorized and unknown debit order went through from my account. Last time I reported this amd the consultant that was assigned to help me expected me to call that particular company. How can a company that I dont know have access to my bank accoint details is my major concern. I'm consider switching my salary and debit orders to another bank then closing the account. Bank charges are involved and no-one cares if you know about the debit or not.
I don't even know what this company deals with but they are on my bank statement making unauthorized debits. Please stop debiting my account because this is clearly *****. The last time it debited was last year and the lady that assisted me couldn't even provide answers now they are back at it again.
Now I'm really getting sick and tired. I want debit order to be canceled and I will pay via eft because now this is pure nonsense. I have been paying via eft and didn't have to deal with the nonsense of being debited R95 for something I don't know. I don't want any call from you I've had enough I just want an email confirming that my account has been moved to paying cash. I honestly cannot stand this anymore
I purchased a DSTV decoder from Makro and after struggling with the installation part and not getting assistance to install it I took the decision to return it for a refund. The collection date is 23 Jan but up until today I'm sitting with the decoder which is delaying me to be refunded. I purchased a fridge and it came dented so if the decorder which wow supposed to collected on the 23rd isn't collection I wonder now how long will the replace for the fridge take. Yoh I must say I'm disappointed with the service that is rendered by Makro. It's not the first time that I make online purchases I'm a regular online customer and I've never come across such incompetence. When you call its a different story worse part I ask someone to cancel their plans and wait all day for absolutely nothing and an excuse
I purchased the DSTV 9s decoder with installation from Hifi Corp online and in the afternoon I received a call that they were out of stock and will have to process a refund I should email them my banking details. I asked to ensure that there was no hope of receiving it and the lady reassured me that there's nothing. I sent her the proof of my bank account details and ordered another decorder elsewhere while awaiting my "refund". Today the same "sold out" decoder was delivered and when I tried to ask him to return with it because I'm even waiting for the refund he refused and asked me to sort it first with the store. It's not the drivers fault but the inability of the store to communicate any further arrangements that could have been done. I'm so ****ed off dealing with the mess that I tried to avoid
I purchased a DSTV decoder which comes with installation and it was delivered yesterday. Today I called DSTV and they referred me to Makro and they referred me back to Dstv. Now I'm told that I need to request an installation voucher that will be used by the accredited installer. I called the call centre and they told me to call the store. Why offer a service that you can't even provide help nor guidance when its needed
I requested for the my world account to be closed so that it wouldn't accumulate any charges and the consultant confirmed that it was closed only for me to open the statement that was emailed and saw outstanding fees of R52 which I will not pay because I did my part and Will not take accountability for someone's incompetence
