It is very difficult and frustrating to deal with Live Easy Apartments customer support division. The Sunninghill number 010 065 2191 keeps giving the message "the subscriber number is currently busy". The Randburg number, 011 201 4641, rings but no one answers - I have called 4 times thus far in the past hour. I sent two messages to the Whatsapp number I found on their Facebook page an no one has responded. I sent an email to [email protected] on the 25th of March and no one has responded to date. I spoke with someone on the Fourways number and they showed no empathy nor politeness. It was very easy for me to get vetted then approved, but the customer support channel is very frustrating. Can a manager please call me on 067 144 2745. Regards. Innocent
I would like to thank Thuli and Olga from the Cresta Mall branch, and Nhlanhla from the FNB bank city (Joburg CBD) for their friendly and empathetic customer service. They gave an impressive experience. To the rest of the Bank City personnel, including the optometrist that was on duty on Saturday 28th May 2022, I suggest that when a customer calls on Friday and asks what time they close on Saturday, and they say at 12pm, then the customer arrives at 11h50 on Saturday, please give them the same kind of service as the one who arrived at 11h00 am as they both arrived during your operating hours. Otherwise, tell the customer who called on Friday that your Saturday slots are fully booked, instead of letting them drive to the branch then tell them it's almost closing time when it's written 'opened' at the door and it is within operating hours.
I had a bitter-sweet experience with Nedbank regarding depositing cash in coins. Firstly, thank you to Reshni and Alice, from the Fourways branch, for being empathetic and helping me count the coins. They turned a disappointing and disheartening situation into one with a happy ending. As for the Carlton Centre and Fox Street branches, it leaves a bad taste to a customer when they get turned away because Nedbank is happy to count notes, but not coins when a customer visits their branches to deposit money. I wish Nedank could advise its staff to help the customer and count the coins the first time around, then advise them to bring it counted, sorted and packed next time. That would induce great customer experience. Sending a customer home to count and sort money then return to your branch is utterly distasteful.
On Saturday the 20th of February 2016 I bought 3 Play Station 2 games and ear phones at Cash Crusaders Rosettenville. I had used the earphones only twice and on the third time, the one earphone's rubber cover just fell off when I pulled the one earphone out my ear as I was walking. A few minutes later I realized that the speaker was just hanging out of its socket. The earphones were around R79 but of poor quality and the sound was fluctuating as the songs played. When I took the earphones back for an exchange the next Saturday, Happy was uninterested, told me there is nothing he can do about it, took his food and vanished to the back of the store or somewhere. He had a terrible attitude and showed neither interest no empathy. I used to stay in Rosettenville and actually catch two taxis to visit their branch occasionally. Do they care if I don't go back there anymore? I want a Cash Crusader representative who believes in customer service excellence to call me and provide a solution.
