LiveEasy Randburg is very unprofessional. It is very filthy and unkept. The staff is horrible. All of them form reception right through to the cleaning staff. They run that place as if it's a hostel full of primary school children. They have made living there a very horrible experience, and it keeps getting worse, whether you pay your rent on time or not. Mahlatse, Jacob, the guy with the dreadlocks, the girl in reception (I don't even know their names). They are always looking for ways to make tenants uncomfortable and change the lease agreement whenever they want to. I would never encourage anyone to stay in that horrible place.

Maintance manager by the name of Oratile at Steve Biko live easy apartments sent people to switch of electricity and locks for a 280 outstanding balance without any warning! What an abusive act, when we asked about it he said he is sending a message to take them seriously. I have never heard of such . Definitely escalating this to department of human settlements

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding an apartment in Sunninghill, Sandton. I was asked to pay R950 to secure the apartment, but shortly afterwards I found another apartment that was much closer to my workplace and informed them immediately. I was then assured that I would receive a refund. However, it has now been almost two months and I still have not received my money. Every time I follow up, I am given excuses such as “the person dealing with your refund is on leave.” This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers should not have to continuously chase after their own money while being given endless excuses.

Can decisive decisions be made regarding noise levels at Love Easy Fourways.For someone who has been a tenant the experience is that the walls between apartments make one hear noise from the next room and such a challenge is horrible especially at night.Why can't efforts like fine payment by noise makers who are reported with evidence being effected,this idea of having security monitoring once in a while or putting up "Be quiet" is clearly not working,how can those who are responsible keep to measures that are not working? Moreover,why can't there be a play area for kids ? Children are young and naturally are playful why cannot they get a play area,there are some kids we see and now know them because of their noise levels and the parents seem to deliberately allow it to be.While we have different ages groups can all aged groups be catered for seeing that rentals are paid monthly by all tenants

Very poor management and service to tenants. Unfair and ******** practices. Service requests are often ignored and staff is unpleasant to work with. Communication is very poor as well. Emails are ignored, they make mistakes constantly.

It is very difficult and frustrating to deal with Live Easy Apartments customer support division. The Sunninghill number 010 065 2191 keeps giving the message "the subscriber number is currently busy". The Randburg number, 011 201 4641, rings but no one answers - I have called 4 times thus far in the past hour. I sent two messages to the Whatsapp number I found on their Facebook page an no one has responded. I sent an email to [email protected] on the 25th of March and no one has responded to date. I spoke with someone on the Fourways number and they showed no empathy nor politeness. It was very easy for me to get vetted then approved, but the customer support channel is very frustrating. Can a manager please call me on 067 144 2745. Regards. Innocent

Can management at 4ways Live easy look into issues like poor cleaning ,low security and have committed staff which monitors the place.The service is poor really & there are no checks & balances to monitor what happends there.You find bins full,cochraches,one person removing bins the whole complex with 9 blocks.There are 3-4 security staff manning 9 blocks each with more than 50 tenants plus extra visitors who come over weekends and flood the pool(few tenants never get a chance to be at the pool for that reason).The noise level is alarming.The ratio of staff members to tenants does not make sense the worst part being NO enforces rules at Fourways Live Easy.(Sometimes we just receive ****tail of ineffective emails, or see SIGNs on walls that No one reads and obviously MONTHLY rental statements.Why cant there be security or caretakers for each block and rules enforced?It seems some Tenants can do as they please because there are just no rules that are enforced or penalties effected .The worst part is even if one brings these issues to light, it will only be fixed that day the NEXT ,it is back to the same issues

Dont come to any live easy imagine I have been having water issues ever since I moved in 3 months ago and the management does not answer me and when there is water I have to use cold water I even have videos on top of that their management last time barged into my room cause they thought I did not pay for my rent and they swore at me. I thought I am starting my dream job but they have made it a nightmare now I cannot even shower to go to work.
