So I made a payment on my account for an amount for R615 on the 27th of May 2026 around 14:20, the payment updated immediately as my balance on the account went down and the amount I was able to purchase for increased. This was literally yesterday, today when I check my account it shows I am in a minus basically redlecting that the payment was not made or received on their side. I then decided to call customer service and was advised the payment would only reflect within 3 - 5 days. This is utter BS as in the past, just last month, my payments online always reflected immediately. I am so sick and tired of poor customer service and having problems with accounts. Can I please get help on this matter asap!!!!!?????
I left my job 2 months ago and with that my medical aid was cancelled. I received an email a week later stating Discovery has received a request to cancel my policy however up til today I have not received anything regarding my withdrawal, no documents to confirm the cancelation and nothing else. I have sent emails so many times and have not received ny response on this. This is disgusting, all other employees that left my previous employer have received withdrawal documents however I am still in the dark.
I settled my loan with them on Friday 25 April 2025. I entered an incorrect reference number however I however everything else was correct. I then immediately sent an email with the proof of payment as I wanted to get it sorted. I then waited until yesterday to call as it said 48 business hours. I spoke with Nomvula and she advised that I send an my proof of payment to [email protected] which I did. Now I'm sitting here waiting for an update, I keep checking my loan account but atill no update. Can someone please help me? I hate having to wait for something to be corrected but no one gives any updates. She also did not advise how long this would take. Plus the first person I spoke to and explained this to just hung up the call while I was explaining.
I placed an order at 12:30 with Pedros Cape Town Station. The app confirmed my order would be delivered between 13:05 and 13:15. Around 13:02 I received a message saying the driver arrived. I go outside and noone was waiting for me. I then ask on the app where he is, he says sorry I am coming. I then ask when he would be here to deliver, he does not answer. I then see order delivery delayed to 13:45 and then delayed to 13:55. I asked again where the driver was, he said he's stuck in traffic. Now I am being charged my full order amount for cancellation fees. How is it my fault that my order was delayed twice by them? How am i being penalised for cancelling an order that I would not even be able to eat on lunch as ut was gonna be delivered 5 mins before my lunch ends. I want a refund on this ****ing order. I will go to the ombudsman if I don't gt a refund.
I ordered food from Hungry Lion at 13:45 on the Mr D app, the order took so long to be made, then it took even longer for the driver to confirm that he's on the way. Then i contact customer service because it was taking long, the person on the other side Daanish just said order is on the way and blamed the restaurant for the delay and asked that I give the driver another 15 mins to have the food delivered. Which means I would have waited an hour to get the food and my lunch would have been over.. Really poor service I must say, I've never been so ****ing angry..
I haven't posted one of these in a long while... I just wanna say Vodapay is literally useless.. I can't pay with my card, I then transfer money to my wallet and it doesn't reflect immediately as they say it should. I think it's time to get ride of Vodapay, I've never experienced something being so useless..
I am so tired of writing these reviews, I feel bad that its always Vodacom but if you hire q bunch of *********** people then this is what happens. So again its the voucher advance, I took a R150 voucher and repaid it on the 30th of April 2024 at 09:25. Since then everyday I get messages telling me I still have a R150 oustanding voucher balance that needs to be paid. I then started a chat on Vodapay because I paid it via the Vodapay app, I chatted to Orifuna, she said she would escalate the matter to back office and she would call me by the end of that day to get more information, which was weird because we were chatting and she could have gotten all the information she wanted that time mos.. I agreed and never received a call from her. I then thought okay maybe payment was updated today I receive another message telling me my advance is outstanding and needa to be paid to avoid late fees.. Someone tell me how do I go forward from here because my cresit score is affected by this yet their app has proof that I paid tge R150... **** this is really becoming a nuisance, having to fight with Vodacom every single day of my lufe basically.. I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with Vodacom/Vodapay.. Orifuna with her lack of service should be dealt with..
Its me AGAIN!!!!! So I paid money over from my Capitec account into my vodapay wallet.. This happened on the 12 April 2024. After seeing that it wasn't reflecting immediately I then though let me wait around 24 hours to see if it will reflect, but still nothing. I then logged a chat on Tobi via the vodapay app and was told it could take up to 4 working days to reflect, I thought this was a weird turaround time because I worked for a bank and know turnaround times are never that much unless theres a public holiday or a non working day within that time. I then waited the 4 days and decided to log another chat this time I spoke with someone named Olwethu. We did security questions and because I couldn't remember the last purchase I did on my vodapay app I was told she/he couldn't help me becaise I failed. I was told to go check on the app and start a new chat.. Can you imagine inconveniencing your customers like this.. The sarcasm in the messages and the lack of customer service etiquette was dumbfounding.. Its been 9 days since I did the transfer and I still have not received anything into my vodapay wallet.. I have no more threats and words left in me.. I am just done..
I shared a complaint 2 weeks ago about my voucher advance not working at Hungry Lion, after that I receieved a call from Eltino telling me that he had fixed the error and that I would be able to use the advance voucher now. But then I receieved another call from someone at vodacom saying that he would give me R300 airtime for thr inconvenience and then the voucher would be invalidated. So I said NO, i dont want airtime, if the code doesn't work I want to be refunded full stop. 3 days after that I tried the code at a different Hungry Lion to the one I normally go to. And still the code did not work. I tried again this week on Tuesday and its still not working. I want a full refund on R150 back into my abank account. The embarrassment I have suffered with a cofe that I already paid for is disgusting. Imagine being told voucher declined everytime in front of people and then you get strange looks. I am ****ed at the service or lack of service receieved from Vodacom. I do not want any explanations or airtime offers or anything. I WANT MY R150 TO BE PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I am tired of being embarrassed by Vodacom and having to resort to Hello Peter complaints every single time. This time I am going to the Ombudsman. You have 7 business days to resolve my query and pay me back my money.. This is disgusting. And to think I have only ever used vodacom as a network provider switching today still..
I purchased a vodacom voucher advance like 2 weeks ago but when I try to use it it won't work at Hungry Lion. I called customer care and am being transferred from pillar to post. What do I do my payment is due in 2 days and I will not pay for something that I cannot use.
