After my last issues with this company, I decided to migrate away from them. Unfortunately that means that I need them to allow the migration of my domains. That means that I have to communicate with 1-grid support. This appears to be impossible. You can create a ticket, but nobody responds. You can track down their telephone number (it's not on their website) and call them, but when you select the option for "Domain support" the response is "there are no agents available" and it just cuts you off. So, what option do I have? Should I look up their address and go and knock on their door to get service? If you are considering this company for hosting, please run away as fast as possible.
Unfortunately this review gives the company one more star than their service deserves. It is hard to explain how poor the support from this company is. They literally only provide a single service to me, i.e., hosting. But they seem unable to provide that service reliably. For the fourth time in the past three years I have had multi-day outages on the server that hosts my email and website. This current outage was first noticed on Sunday at 18h00. A ticket was created. Today is Friday, the ticket is still open and the email is still not recovered. There are no updates on ETR, evidently no actual investigation on the ticket started until Monday morning because "nobody monitors the servers out of working hours". I now want to migrate away from this ****show, but I can't until they actually get the server up, and god only knows when that will be. If you are considering this company, stay far away. The fact that they removed their phone numbers from the contact us page on their website should be indication enough that they know that their support is ****.
I received a quotation from Lifestyle guttering in early December 2015, I agreed to the quote on the priviso that the work would be done on a certain day. That was agreed and I paid a 50% deposit.<br> <br> The promised day of installation came and no work commenced, after phoning to find out why I was given multiple stories. No work was done the following day and after more calls, Rudi said he wouldn't be able to do the job until the new year \because his supplier has no stock\". I told him to cancel my order and refund my deposit because I then got another supplier to do the work.<br> <br> Despite repeated calls, and emails, the deposit has still not been refunded. Rudi will not take my calls, his office staff seem unable to assist. I am now having to spend my time on a legal solution.<br> <br> This company is unethical, and I would recommend that you do not ever use them for any reason. "
