<p>On the 23rd of April 2016 my number was sim swopped by some fraudsters. These fraudsters changed my log in details on the m2 dealerweb system. They logged in under my name & started activating multi data sims on other customers names. I had looged a call with vodacom the same morning to report this problem. I received a reference number and I was also told to send an email through to the forensic department @ Vodacom. Till today I have not received any response from Vodacom or the forensic department. This is extremely unacceptable as I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for over 13 years. I received my old number back but I would just like these fraudsters to be caught! Vodacom doesnt seem to be interested in keeping their customers happy.</p>
I made a deposit of R1500 on 28 November 2015 for a Bluetooth printer and R500 to be credited to my account on the Airtime Vendor app. On the 29th of November i was advised that they don't have stock of the printer but stock will be arriving in a weeks time. A week later I tried to contact Ronald but my calls and emails were ignored. On the 11th Of January i sent email to Ronald asking him to refund my money as it has been too long. He replied stating that he had problems with his supplier and that i should supply my banking details and he will refund the R1500. I tried contacting him a few times after the 11th but till today I have not received my refund or any response from Ronald. He has created the impression of a THIEF in my mind and i will definitely hand this case over to the SAPS if i do not receive any response from him within 5 days.<br> People like Ronald deserve to be in imprisoned with the keys to the prison cell thrown away.
